Roasted Chicken
  • Onion 1
  • Orange 1
  • Whole Chicken 1
  • Kosher Salt
  1. Heat oven to 450
  2. Remove giblets and rinse chicken in cold water inside and out. Dry inside and out well with paper towels.
  3. Rub generous amount of kosher salt inside and out.
  4. Rinse orange and cut in half.
  5. Peel onion and cut in half.
  6. stick half the orange, the two halves of onion and then the last orange into the cavity.
  7. Put in pan and roast for 45-50 min on one side and flip; roast for another 45-50 min.
