  • shishi peppers 11 oz
  • tomato 6.5 oz
  • garlic 4 cloves
  • bird chiles 10
  • juice 1 lemon and 3 limes
  • parsley 0.5 oz
  • chaat masala 5 tsp
  1. Soak birds eye chilies in hot water for at least 15 minutes before draining
  2. broil shishi peps with salt, pep, OO, remove stems after broiling
  3. combine all ingredients in food processor except seasoning
  4. stir in seasoning
