- In a salad bowl pour the yogurt, then squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Add the chopped parsley, the 4 spices mixture, the paprika, the salt and mix well.
- Open the chicken breasts in 2 and arrange them in the marinade. Put a plastic film on the bowl put 4 hours in the fridge.
- Cut the onion in 2, take a half and plant a pike skewer in the middle to create the base of the kebab. Place the chicken breasts on the skewer pike and finish with a tomato half.
- Place frozen French fries around the meat and bake for 40 minutes 220 C.
- Garnish with pita sauce, tomato slices, salad, onion pieces, meat and enjoy.
