Corn Tortillas
  • Masa Harina 1 Cup
  • Water 11 Tbsp
  1. Combine masa and water and work until dough forms.
  2. Let dough hydrate for 10 minutes.
  3. Form dough into 9 approximately golfball sized balls.
  4. Press flat on tortilla press or under frying pan.
  5. Cook on preheated cast iron pan for one minute per side.
  6. Transfer cooked tortillas to plate covered with clean kitchen towel.
  7. Eat fresh.
