Masa Harina

- Combine masa and water and work until dough forms.
- Let dough hydrate for 10 minutes.
- Form dough into 9 approximately golfball sized balls.
- Press flat on tortilla press or under frying pan.
- Cook on preheated cast iron pan for one minute per side.
- Transfer cooked tortillas to plate covered with clean kitchen towel.
- Eat fresh.
