Bacon, diced
4 strips
- caramelize onions
- add garlic, cook until fragrant
- add bacon, cook until browned
- add carrots, celery, water, BTB
- bring to simmer
- add dried lentils
- season with bay leaves, thyme, and cumin
- add kielbasa and diced potatoes
- simmer until desired consistency is reached
