- Add the potatoes, salt and water to the instant pot, cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Rinse the potatoes, add the roasted garlic, butter, cream cheese, and pepper, and mash.
- Add milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
