- In a mixing bowl, combine pork, mirin, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, sugar, salt and black pepper, and let marinate.
- Heat a work or a skillet over high heat; add cooking oil and swirl to coat.
- Add marinated pork, cook 8 to 10 minutes or until 3/4 way cooked and golden edges. Stir occasionally so it will cook and golden evenly.
- Drizzle soy sauce around edge of wok, so soy sauce will evaporate right away as soon as hit wok to give smokey flavor to pork.
- Add serrano and stir everything together about 1 minute.
- Serve over rice.
